Policies

Appointments - Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. This will insure you have the full time allotted for your treatment. Please keep in mind that should you arrive late, we will still need to complete your service at the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next guest.

Payments - We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cancellations - Cancellations are required to be at least two hours prior to appointment time. A message can be left after hours. A credit card number may be required for some services and 24 hour cancellation notice required. 50% of the service price may be charged for no prior notice.

Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities - Gratuities are customary, appreciated and left to the discretion of the client although an 18-20% tip is customary. Gift certificates do not include tips
